Earning An Income On The Internet In Your Sleep

Posted September 22nd, 2010 in Money-Wealth by admin

Have you ever been paid to dream? Well how about being paid while you sleep. It is possible through something called a residual income. The main idea behind a passive or residual income is to generate income while you do nothing. A residual income does require some work to set up, but will generate cash for you from then on. And generally it will need little to no upkeep from then on. Some do require more upkeep than others.

Here are a few ways to generate cash while you sleep.

Car Wash - Show me a car in America that hasn't been washed yet by it's owner, and I will show you a car that probably hasn't been sold yet. Most of us love our cars, and part of that is keeping it clean. We tend to be proud of them, even if they are fifteen years old and what I call “Two Toned – the hard way” meaning that the fenders and hood are a different shade of blue than the rest of the car. And while we want our cars and trucks to be sparkling all the time. We rarely have the time or place to do it ourselves. So a car wash is an excellent source of residual income, especially in the summer.

Laundromat – Along the same lines as the car wash, but more of a necessity than a point of pride. We all require clean clothes to wear. And many people cannot afford to buy a washer and dryer for their homes. And a laundromat does not depend on the weather. People will have to have clean clothes year round. And a laundromat is usually nice and warm. You can even improve your passive income with vending machines inside the laundromat, after all, people will get hungry and thirsty while sitting there waiting for their clothes to dry. Which brings me to my next example.

Vending Machines – Vending machines can be a great way to earn passive income. But in order for this to truly be a passive income, you will need one trusted employee and of course several machines and contracts. This is not a large obstacle to overcome though. There are several companies out there that will gladly accept payments on quality vending machines, and try to help you find places for them. Vending machines can increase your money exponentially, because the more you invest, the more you generate, and the more you make, the more you can invest.

While all of these are great ways to earn cash, they all have one common downfall. They all require a substantial investment of your income.

To get around this problem, we turn to the net. On(line there are ways to earn cash while investing little to none of your own. Ideally, You will want a system that is free, offers free live (as in real people) training and support, as well as free video training, while generating a large passive income for you.

The importance of LIVE support cannot be overstated. Being able to actually talk to someone on the phone, without them charging you for it cannot be beat. If you need help, you don't need an “owners manual,” you need a human.

Considering Ways You Can Retire Early? It May Be Easier Than You Imagine!

Posted September 10th, 2010 in Money-Wealth by admin

Like a lot of people, I’d like to stop working early. But also like a lot of people, I look at WHEN I can stop working in terms of the amount of cash I’ll need to live comfortably and do the things I’d like to do without too much worry.

However, when I look at my wealth situation and then project how old I’ll be when it gets to a decent retirement point, I get depressed. I want to be able to enjoy my retirement - after all, I worked a lot of good years to get to that point!

But let’s face it - the older we get, the less physically able we may be to do the things we want to do. No matter how well we take care of ourselves, age takes its toll on our bodies … and sometimes our minds. The sooner we can get to the point of quitting our jobs, the more we can get out of the years we have left to us.

So what keeps us from trying to retire early enough to make the most of our retirement years? In large part, it’s the ideas we have about work itself. Many people, especially those of an age to start thinking about retirement now, subscribe to the “work hard, live frugally, save cash” approach, and there’s nothing inherently wrong with that.

But some studies have uncovered an adverse effect of this ethic: it tends to put us under a tremendous amount of stress, and that stress can actually curtail our lives. You might be able to stop working just under age 60, but you may not live long enough to benefit from the wealth you’ve built up due to the effects of the stress you’ve lived under all those years!

Wow, that’s even more disheartening than having to wait until I’m 65!

Let’s look at some ways to accomplish our goal without too much stress, enough cash to live a nice lifestyle, and enough years left to enjoy that lifestyle.

1) Some businesses offer early “buy-outs” for people getting close to retirement age. Many people who take this option when it’s offered don’t completely stop working, but get jobs that are less stressful. While their annuity pays the bills, they are sometimes able to find jobs that are more like paid hobbies.

2) People sometimes downscale as their children leave home in an effort to reduce the size of their bills. Buying a smaller house brings with it lower utility bills, and other bills will usually become smaller as well. Without children around to eat the food or drive the cars, parents can see declines in grocery bills and auto insurance premiums.

3) Another tactic is to reduce liabilities during the working years, and in most cases this is done in conjunction with scaling back. The goal in combining these two tactics is to free up cash that can then be invested in a retirement fund.

An often rejected strategy is to supplement income during the working years. When combined with scaling back, liability reduction and building a nest egg are more easily achievable. So why do people reject this idea?

Most of the supplemental income sources that people think of immediately are additional jobs. Why would anyone want to subject themselves to more stress, which would curtail the amount of time they would have to enjoy their retirement?

Here’s where the potential of the Internet can really come through. And I’m not talking about setting up an on-line storefront, or having to spend a lot of money on web sites and advertising tools, either.

What most people peddling online businesses are really doing is selling products or services: website building and advertising services, e-mail list building software, drop-ship supply services. Setting up an online store is a great idea, but it’s something that has to be constantly kept up and renewed, and you have to constantly follow through to ensure that products are making it to your customers and their payments are getting to you.

Do you really want to go to all that trouble just to retire early – and then have to continue that work into retirement if you want to keep up the cash flow to supplement your pension? I didn’t think so.

There’s a better way, a way to create numerous passive streams of income that takes only a couple of hours a week with no start-up costs. What’s more, all your training is free and available whenever you need it!

How is this accomplished, you might ask? Simple – a wealth generating association. With strateies that can help you enter the club with little to no cost, you can create multiple streams of passive income that will continue for the rest of your life!

This wealth-creating club teaches you how to use free online marketing tools to drive traffic to an affiliate website that is provided to you free of cost. You never have to cold-call people, send out mass emails from purchased lists, or stuff envelopes.

Just a few hours a week plugged into robust, no-cost online marketing tools, and you’ll be on your way to producing income that will get you out of the work slog and onto living and enjoying the retired lifestyle you’ve only been able to dream about until now!

It doesn’t matter how old you are – it’s never soon enough to start planning for an early retirement!

Wealthy Individuals Decide To Make Money Based On Results, Not Time – Do You?

Posted August 31st, 2010 in Money-Wealth by admin

Take a gander at the prosperous folks you know. Are they working for an hourly wage? I certainly do not think so. The rich and rich individuals of the world rarely get to where they are by trading their hours for money. Think about it. We each only have 24 hours a day to work with. If you are working a JOB, you are trading your hours for money. The biggest problem with this is simple.....you only have so much time to give!

If you are working for an hourly wage, you are not putting yourself in the position to build a financially independent lifestyle, let alone get wealthy. There is a limited number of hours that you can work each day, week, and month. Therefore, there is a huge ceiling on the income that you are able to earn.

So what is the other option? Well once again simply look at the rich, apparently they know something that the masses do not. How do the prosperous get rich? You will notice that the vast majority of prosperous people work for themselves. This may come in a variety of occupations. Many of them own their own businesses, get paid commissions, have investments that make them money, and they often have passive profit streams set up that generate them cash whether they are working or spending a day at Disneyland. The bottom line is this......RICH individuals earn money based on their performance....NOT TIME!

Everyone feels that they should get paid what they deserve, what they are really worth. Can this happen with a job? Of course not. A job only pays you a small fraction of the value that you are adding to the company. That is why the entrepreneurs are the rich ones, not the workers. If you got paid what you are worth, the biz would see no profits. They make dollars by employing folks to create revenue for the company, and they pay the employees a small fraction.

So is it hopeless? Can you ever make the move from working a 9-5 job, over to the ranks of the business owners? Well of course you can, anyone can. Anyone can make that transition, and people all over the world are doing so on a daily basis. And it doesn't require a large capital investment or 20 years of "moving up the ladder." All it takes is the want.....and the Confidence to actually make the move.

Self assurance is the real factor that separates the "could have's" and the "doers." As I said, most rich individuals work for themselves, which means that they get paid based on the results they achieve. This take courage. Nothing is guaranteed. Many people fall into the "steady paycheck rut." What's hard about a rut? Well the longer you're in one, the deeper it gets, and your chances of escaping get littler and [spin]smaller. It's comfortable to know exactly when you are gonna get paid and exactly how much. But is "comfortable" all you ever want to achieve? Are you satisfied with just getting by? From what I hear on a daily basis, most people want more. individuals want freedom, they want wealth, and they want control over their future.

The Spirit Of Giving

Posted August 14th, 2010 in Money-Wealth by admin

New York is one tough town. And it prides itself on its cut-throat lifestyle, even when the number of charities blossom as nowhere else. The serial success story that is Zalman Silber is an example of the businessman-turned-philanthropist. But isn't it ironic that a place which worships material success gained by one's teeth and nails, as it were, should find itself so concerned about appearing charitable, too? As if the rich are secretly embarrassed with their fortunes - as if Balzac was right, that "behind every great fortune lies a great crime," or as if Jesus was correct, that "it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle...."

As if, to be blunt about it, the rich give in order to assuage their guilt.

What is it about this world that should so often find the elevated so close to the base? One can observe dichotomies existing side-by-side, many times in peace and, even, complete ignorance of one another, even in New York, even in the 21st Century.

And one wonders if such philanthropy, targeted towards one's own community, set up to benefit one's own interests, are perfectly true acts of charity or just another way in which the ego manages to further inflate itself.

Such issues, of course, likely do not concern those like Zalman Silber, who give freely as they please and couldn't care less about such quibbles. Indeed, it is safe to say that for those who do have the funds to give, giving is a pleasure in itself - akin to any other form of spending money.

Now that's not as cynical as it may sound at first. For spending money is a form of experiencing one's own power, one's own ability to produce satisfaction and pleasure. It may well lead to egotism, and it often does, to be sure - but at its root is a simple human joy at being able to affect one's surroundings, one's world. It is the same joy that accompanies a child who can crawl, then walk, then run, then ride a bicycle, then drive a car, then pilot a boat or helicopter or airplane. The proper spending of money can be life-enhancing in a very deep way, far more so than the mere accumulation of creature comforts. The proper spending of money - as in charitable donations - allows one to give of oneself, in a sense, a very important sense. For money is power, and in cases of honest work to give money is to have given of one's time and one's very life - the time spent earning the money, the life devoted to productive work.

And such is, as the humanist Erich Fromm had noted in his many works on human psychology and human society, the most demeaning aspect of poverty, that one cannot give of oneself. For it is not he who has much, but he who gives much, that is rich - and yet, to give requires one to first have! And it is the tragedy of the poor that they can barely provide for themselves, never mind share with others - though, ironically, survey after survey has concluded that the less money one has, the greater a percentage of one's income tends to be given away in charity. It is as if the poor know something which escapes the rich. It is as if the New York of lights and smiles is unaware of something so basic that it can only be known to those whose lives involve the basics and no luxuries.

Want To Earn A Large Fortune Now? Create A Millionaire Mind

Posted July 31st, 2010 in Money-Wealth by admin

Creating prosperity is great, but not if it takes you an entire lifetime. Want a huge income now? You obviously won't get rich instantly, unless of course you hit your numbers on a lottery ticket, but you can give yourself a major advantage in the wealth building game, one that can literally skyrocket you to success. To create riches takes the right mindset. Your thinking will always determine your results, and therefore if you want to enjoy a much larger income, you need to develop the wealth consciousness. When your mind is conditioned for wealth, money will seem to flow almost effortlessly into your life in ever increasing amounts. You will see opportunities and make them work, and you will find more success in everything that you do. When you have the wealth consciousness you will not instantly get rich, but you will have the mindset that will allow you to.

Most people do not have the wealth consciousness. We gain a lot of our mental habits from our surroundings throughout our lives, and unless you were raised by wealthy and successful people, you may not have had the positive influence that is needed. But you can develop it at any time to begin to earn a huge income now. Here are some of the key traits to the mindset that delivers wealth and success...

Clarity of Vision-People who get what they want are those who know what they want. Goal setting is something that we all know about, but most people are not goal oriented. Goals are not just wishes and fantasies, but clearly defined intentions that you plan to strive for and succeed. Unless you know exactly where you want to go, you will most likely end up going nowhere that you really want.

Positive Self Talk-We all have an internal dialogue that talks to us almost endlessly. What kind of things does your little voice say to you? Does it encourage you, motivate you, and give you the confidence you need to succeed? If not, if your little voice is discouraging and pessimistic, you need to watch your thoughts and practice thinking (and talking to yourself) in a way that supports you and makes you feel good about achieving your goals.

See Abundance Everywhere-Do you think that money is limited? Are you afraid that getting rich will make someone have less? True wealth consciousness is knowing that there is unlimited prosperity in the universe, and we can all get rich without depriving someone else of their own riches. Lack and limitation are simply not a part of the mindset of individuals who achieve financial freedom and wealth. If you want to earn a drastic increase in cash now, start realizing that their is more than enough to go around.

Gratitude for the Good-Gratitude is a powerful force that can bring more good stuff, including money, into your life. What do you have to be thankful for now? Putting attention on the positive aspects of your life will enable you to bring more positive things in. Want more money? Be grateful for the money that you have now. This is a surefire technique to help you achieve wealth and prosperity.

Making Money Online with IFW Marketing

Posted May 6th, 2008 in Make Money Online, Money-Wealth by admin

Simply put IFW's or Incentivized Freebie Websites are the simplest way for anyone to make money quickly on the Internet. The concept of IFW marketing was developed several years ago as a new way for companies to build interest and reach new customers.

I am sure that at some point in time you have come across a website offering a free iPod or other gift, in return for completing their sponsor offers. They can do that because they are paid for every offer you fill out, and usually paid very well. These websites are called IFW's, they have offered you gifts or cash in return for joining their affiliate programs. The biggest IFW program around is Project Payday, but here is the kicker, they won't teach you anything that you can't learn right here!

Traditional affiliate marketing, requires a much stealthier approach than todays IFW's, due to the fact that you are not allowed to offer incentives to entice new comers into signing-up for the program or service you are marketing. It is no secret that people love freebies, and giving away free stuff is what has built such a large interest around these IFW's recently. Your job as an affiliate marketer, is so much easier if you have the ability to offer a prospective customer a reward for joining, rather than using traditional trickery to bring them in and make the sale.

Finding IFW Programs

IFW programs usually require you to sign-up, fill out a couple of offers to activate your account and then draw in some referrals to make money. Every referral that activates their account under you make you money. The following sites will each pay you as much as $500 to $1000 for every 10+ referrals you are able to get signed up and activate their account. Think about it, we are talking about 10 people here, get your friends and family involved and you have already made a cool thousand bucks for doing nothing!

Once you have your accounts setup and activated, you can begin making this system work for you, and believe me it will, you'll be surprised at how easy this really is. If you are wondering how this is going to work for you, the answer is simple. Setup a quick website, use an existing website or visit some of the IFW forums and find people that you can refer.

Think of this as a traditional affiliate marketing method, drawing people in and getting them to sign-up. The IFW forums, see the list below, allow you to start new threads and offer to pay people for signing up under you. Lets say that for every person you make $5, offer to pay someone $2 to sign-up below, they get paid and you make a profit. Once you get started and get your feet wet a little bit, you will find new ways to make even more money. For example some ringtone offers pay you as much as $15 for each new person you refer and online courses and other services pay even more.

Some people are easily making $2000 a day with this technique, but it does require work and a little creativity on your part. You can find new offers in the hundreds of affiliate networks available on the Internet, sites like Commission Junction will work well.

IFW Forums

Things to Remember

Please, if you forget everything else you have learned in this article, remember to cancel the trial offers that you have signed up for to make this system work. If you don't remember to cancel your free trials and so on before the renew/billing date this project will cost you an arm and a leg, but if you can remember to cancel everything on time, you will make some pretty quick cash.

This is one of the easiest ways to make money online, and people are flocking to see it in action. It requires little work, and offers great rewards which is what everyone has looked for. This system will probably not make you rich! But it can easily make you some extra spending money if you do your research.

Freeganism – Living the Freegan Lifestyle

Posted April 9th, 2008 in Diet-Weightloss, Food-Eating, Freedom, Health-Fitness, Money-Wealth by admin

Lately, there has been a lot of talk going around about a new sub-culture called freeganism or freegan. Freegan, a mash-up of words, combining free and vegan, has been hitting the already strict lifestyle of vegans in major metropolitan cities around the world.

So what exactly do freegan's do? Well, imagine that you need a new pair of shoes or some more fresh produce for your family, rather than hopping in the car and heading down to the local superstore, you would wait until night fall and head for the dumpsters in your area. That's right, freegan's place their focus on ridding the world of corporate America's wasteful nature and putting discarded items back to good use, along with saving money and focusing on a "simpler" lifestyle.

While the process of dumpster diving is nothing new to our country, in fact I have crossed paths with several people that make a living from reselling discarded treasures such as electronics and furniture, but I must admit that salvaging food may be a little over the top for many of us, certainly myself.

Now you are probably thinking that the people taking part in this frugal lifestyle are those that are less fortunate than many of us. This however is not the case at all. In a special aired on the television recently, one of the featured couples consisted of a lawyer and doctor in New York City, but these are not the only well payed freegans, no, actually it would seem that quite a few of the people participating in freeganism are by no means experiencing a shortage of money. It seems that people are not turning to this lifestyle due to a lack of finances but rather to more of a rebellion against consumerism.

I must admit that while some of the freeganism methods seem to make sense, I have a hard time stomaching the thought of eating food out of a grocery store dumpster. My life has not always been easy and I am, by no means, used to the finer things, but I do worry about disease and illness, which I can only imagine is a very real concern for people taking part in this lifestyle. Take a look at the video below and decide for yourself.

Well, after watching the video what do you think? Did it make you hungry or sick?

There is a lot to say about this type of urban foraging, the idea of living without any concern of money and schedules almost makes freeganism seem sort of surreal, nothing matters. Its almost as if they have found a way to float through life without all of the worries we face on a daily basis, but at the same time we have to imagine that it really takes a certain type of person to flourish in this lifestyle.

I wish freegans the best with their movement, I think it is a positive step in the right direction, the videos that have been shown on YouTube and the news, really manage to show us all how much is being wasted and that is surely a good thing. For now I will stand on the sidelines on this one, but at the same time feel a little more compelled to do my part. Thank you freegans!

Turning Debt into Wealth – One of Life’s Great Challenges

Posted April 8th, 2008 in Debt, Money-Wealth, Personal-Development by admin

Turning debt into wealth, that has a nice ring to it doesn't it? Now what you are probably wondering is can you really turn your debt into wealth and if so how do you do it. Both are common yet respectable questions to ask and the answer to the first part is yes, you can turn around your financial situation. As for the second answer, well, the answer is a little longer.

The first thing you need to get started, is to forget all of the over hyped affiliate garbage that you have read on the internet. Programs that claim to offer a package that will turn around your debt in 48 hours for only $119, are the kind of slime that I am talking about. In fact if you found this article through a search on Google, you probably had to wade through a bunch of them before you got here. So just ignore the sales jargon that they all preach, forget the fake testimonials plastered across their sales pages and get started with a clean slate.

Now that we have filtered out the bad stuff we can get on to the truth. Turning debt into wealth is actually pretty straight forward. There is not any secret formulas or magic tricks, its simply the process of managing finances. The first thing you need to do is pay off your debt, and I know your thinking duh, but I can't do that, when in reality you actually can do just that.

Paying off debt requires planning, budgeting, self control and of course having a little money doesn't hurt either. Below are some tips to help manage your debt and then we can cover some ways to make enough money to help pay it off.

Planning, Budgeting and Managing Your Personal Debt

Figure out your bills - In order to pay off all of your debt, you need to know what debts you have, many families don't. Take a weekend, or longer if needed, to make a chart of everyone you owe and the amounts owed. You may need to pull your credit report to do this, you can get a free one at AnnualCreditReport.com.

Figure out your budget - It is very important for you to know how much money you have available. The easiest way to do this is sit down and calculate all of the income for your household and then subtract all of your monthly expenses from that amount. Make sure that you include your rent or mortgage, grocery bills, car payment, utilities and anything else that you pay out on a regular basis. To make this process a little easier, or at least automated, you might try a tool like Microsoft Money, which does allow you to download a free trial to see if it something that works well for you.
